SULLIVAN, IN—Sullivan High School recently received a $1000 donation from Hoosier Energy to assist with the costs of technology purchases for the SHS Career and Technical Education program.

SHS CTE teacher, Chad LeDune, said he is very thankful for the generous donation. “We are blessed to live in a community in which businesses like Hoosier Energy see value in what we provide our students,” he explained.  “Their donation will allow us to purchase materials critical for the advancement of our program.”

CTE programs apply math, science, and technical skills that will help students succeed in today's competitive workforce.

Hoosier Energy’s donation assisted with the purchase of VEX Robotics competition boards for the SHS robotics class.

Sullivan High School appreciates the support of area businesses like Hoosier Energy and Brampton Brick, which also assists the SHS CTE program through various contributions.
